Το ICA abutment και τα αντίστοιχα οδοντιατρικά caps (ICA Caps) παρέχουν σε κάθε εργαστήριο μια οικονομική και χρονο-εξοικονομητική λύση για την κατασκευή ατομικών υβριδικών abutments. Η τιτανίου βάση κόλλησης διαθέτει μήκιστρα για να τοποθετηθεί το ICA Cap στο μοντέλο ανάλογα με τη θέση του δοντιού. Μετά τη σήμανση του ούλου, πραγματοποιούνται διορθώσεις στο abutment με χρήση υδρογονανθράκων, και το υβριδικό abutment είναι ενωμένο. Τα ICA Caps είναι διαθέσιμα σε διάφορες διαμορφώσεις: ευθείες 0° abutments με ύψη ούλου 1 mm / 3 mm / 5 mm, γωνιωμένα abutments σε γωνίες 15° / 22° με ύψη ούλου 3 mm / 5 mm.

The ICA abutment and the corresponding zirconia abutments (ICA Caps) provide every laboratory with a cost-effective and time-saving way to produce individual hybrid abutments. The titanium bonding base is equipped with longitudinal grooves so that the ICA Cap can be aligned on the model according to the tooth position. After marking the gingival contour, corrections to the abutment are made using a water turbine, and the hybrid abutment is bonded. The ICA Caps are available in various configurations: straight 0° abutments in gingival heights of 1 mm / 3 mm / 5 mm, angled abutments in 15° / 22° with gingival heights of 3 mm / 5 mm.
Maximum torque is 30 Ncm. *Height measurement from implant platform. Material: Titanium Grade 5.
